Actively interviewing Wilmington, DE. Remote.

Revenue programs, client relationships, and the systems that scale them.

Twelve years building revenue programs and managing client relationships across B2B SaaS, consulting, and analytics. I spent my first decade in analytics, eventually managing four team leads and their account managers across 50+ clients and a $5M+ recurring-revenue book. Most recently at Freshpaint, I built the partnerships program from zero to a 50+ partner ecosystem and a team of three, driving $9.5M+ in partner-sourced pipeline and $7.2M+ in closed revenue. I then taught myself to build the production software that the team and the business needed. I've shipped four AI/GTM engineering tools, numerous agents, and countless skills, burning ~425M tokens in the process, now used daily to save time, increase revenue, and flag risk across customers.

Where relationships meet the systems that scale them.

The revenue side has always been about protecting what's already been won while building what's next. I've carried retention above 88% across every client-facing leadership role I've held, peaking at 114% net revenue retention on Freshpaint's book, while pushing partner-sourced pipeline to 29% of total company pipeline and $13.5M+ influenced. Underneath the different titles (Team Lead, Associate Director, Head of Partnerships), the job was always the same: the number only holds if the relationship underneath it does.

Along the way I kept hitting manual workflows nobody was going to staff, so I built the systems myself. Output is the collection layer; it pulls action items and sentiment signals straight out of the meeting, runs them through a Slack human-in-the-loop check, and writes them into the task board and the CRM, so capturing the data that matters stops being a chore. Postgame sits a layer up: an aggregation and visualization tool that pulls signal from wherever it already lives — Output's sentiment feed inside the CRM, call intelligence platforms like Gong — and turns it into one renewal-health read leadership can act on. Production systems that shipped and stayed running, not demos.

The through-line is 0-to-1 process design: architecting Seer's Measurement Strategy framework, rolled out across 40 to 50 clients and every Team Lead; becoming Freshpaint's first Account Management hire and defining the function from scratch; and the discovery habit behind every project I build, customer and partner conversations that surface the real problem before any code gets written.

Twelve years, one spine.

Head of Partnerships

Freshpaint

Jan 2024-Jul 2026

  • Architected the partner program from 0 to 3 team members at a startup that grew from Series A to Series B during my tenure, establishing partner tiers, referral agreements, playbooks, and enablement across 50+ digital agency, legal, compliance, and technology partners.
  • Generated $9.5M+ in partner-sourced pipeline and $13.5M+ partner-influenced, roughly 29% of total company pipeline, resulting in $7.2M+ closed revenue at a 31% close rate, 6 points above deals with no partner attached.
  • Designed and launched GTM motions with strategic partners: co-marketing, demand generation, in-person events, executive alignment, and account mapping.
  • Hit partner pipeline quota in 9 of 10 quarters and conducted 100+ discovery calls.
  • Shipped two AI-powered internal tools alongside the partner program (Postgame and ClienTell), both still in production today.

Output

Multi-user SaaS. Live.

getoutput.app
Problem
Teammates were manually copying meeting action items out of a notes tool into the team's task board after every call — and softer signals, like customer sentiment and renewal risk, never got captured anywhere at all.
Decision
Built a human-in-the-loop Slack approve or deny flow that captures both action items and sentiment signals straight out of the meeting, scored by Claude Haiku, instead of writing either straight into the board or the CRM, so nothing lands without a person confirming it. Onboarding runs through a six-step wizard on a custom design system.
Outcome
Live multi-user SaaS in daily use by teammates: confirmed action items write to the task board, confirmed sentiment writes to the CRM, handling OAuth across three services with encrypted credentials, crash-safe polling, and automatic retries end to end.

Postgame

CS command center. Built during my time at Freshpaint, still running.

Problem
Renewal-risk signal was scattered — sentiment sitting in the CRM, call recordings and scores sitting in call intelligence tools like Gong — so leadership had to manually stitch together account health before every forecast.
Decision
Built an aggregation and visualization layer instead of another point tool: it pulls signal from wherever it already lives, Output's sentiment feed inside the CRM, call intelligence platforms like Gong, and feeds it to Claude Sonnet, which evaluates sentiment across the whole book and writes the daily narrative.
Outcome
A daily leadership briefing scoring renewal risk across every account inside its 90-day window, combined Gong-plus-human sentiment, and the specific accounts that need attention that week, built from signal that used to live in three different places.

ClienTell

Research automation. Built during my time at Freshpaint, still running.

clientell.fly.dev
Problem
Pre-call research meant manually digging through a company's website to figure out who they already work with.
Decision
Built a crawler with three depth settings (homepage, 20-page scan, 50-page scan) that reads client mentions with confidence scoring and industry inference, instead of a flat page-by-page manual search.
Outcome
Saved the team roughly 5 hours a month previously spent on manual research and prospecting, with results exportable straight to CSV.

Daily Brief Agent

Enterprise agent. Built during my time at Freshpaint, still running.

Problem
Everyone started the day cold, with no context on the accounts and partners already sitting on the calendar.
Decision
Built on an enterprise agent platform rather than a one-off script, pulling from calendar, knowledge base, and CRM sources so the brief stays current as those systems change.
Outcome
A personalized morning brief landed for every user on the team before their first meeting, cutting manual pre-meeting prep.
